I remember watching this game when i was 8 with my Grandfather and Dad.I wasnt much into football at the time nor did i support a club until i watched Ray Parlour,Viera and Overmars running around the place.I instantly fell in love with the club,the name,the kit/colours-the beautiful red and white against the green is something i remember vividly.I have not come across another team like Arsenal with its class and traditions,and i dont want to really,its special and unique to be a proud Gooner.
@jamesthemod i think also, Adams has been pissed off Shearer ever since for losing his England captaincy to him. not that i don’t like Adams.
If that Shearer challenge on Adams was today, the player would be rolling around in agony trying to get the other player sent off. This was when footballers were still men.
they should have played Ian Wright instead of Wreh, imagine if Wrighty scored at Wembley in his final game for the club!..It could have been so special

I hate the football these days when all that matters is money… no glory and no feel anymore. Many play for the money, not because they love it and feel that It’s fun to do. Nowadays football is their job not their entertainment. Leading to an extremely boring football… I miss the football a couple of years ago. It’s nothing wrong with the sport. But It’s the stupid managers that are so greedy…..
